Do I need any technical background to work with you?
Not at all. Most of our clients are business owners, not technology specialists. We explain everything in plain language and adjust our pace to yours. If something is unclear, we'd rather you ask than guess.
How long does each project take?
It varies by service. The Chat Assistant Setup usually takes one to two weeks. Workflow Support is three to four weeks. The Insight and Reporting Companion runs four to six weeks. All of these include check-ins with you along the way.
What does the pricing include?
Each price covers the full project scope — the working sessions, the setup, and the handover. There are no hidden fees. If scope changes after we've agreed on it, we discuss that openly before proceeding.
Will my staff be able to manage things after the project ends?
Yes, that's something we design for from the start. Each project ends with a handover session and written notes. We aim for your team to feel comfortable, not dependent on us for day-to-day use.
Is my business data kept private?

Can I start with one service and add more later?
